The Sharkscope Affiliate Program allows you to earn commission by promoting Sharkscope through your website and channels when new users who you have referred then go on to purchase Sharkcope subscription(s).
Any businesses (who own and operate their own websites) or individuals can join as long as they have a website or can demonstrate they reach an audience with interest in online poker, then they’re likely to succeed. Of course, they will also need to abide by the Sharkscope Affiliate program Terms and Conditions.

You will be able to earn a percentage (your commission rate) of all revenue you bring in. The commission rates will be agreed when you join and can depend on the type of subscription purchased and also the number of sales made. For example, we may apply a sliding scale that means as long as you make 2 sales and less than 10 sales, you’ll get a 10% commission rate, above 10 sales we may apply a 20% rate. The good news is that if you refer a new paying customer, then if that customer makes future purchases, you will receive commission on these as well!
As a Sharkscope Affiliate, you will have access to our Affiliate analytics tools where you will be able to see your balance accrue in realtime, and choose to make payments when you like, subject to a minimum payment of $100.

Sharkscope will not apply any processing fees, but the payment provider may.
As a Sharkscope Affiliate you are given access to our Affiliate Self-Service Portal which will allow you to generate dedicated URLs for you to place on your website.
We ask that you only use our links and banners as they are, please do not create your own or amend ours. You may refer to these links and encourage users to consider interest in Sharkscope. However, make sure you understand our Terms and Conditions as a breach of these may result in immediate termination of our agreement with you as an Affiliate.
As a Sharkscope Affiliate you are given access to our Affiliate Self-Service Portal which provides tools and approved marketing materials for you to use.
We use client-side cookies to track a user from your site to ours. When a user clicks our link on your site we are told which Affiliate referred the user and store that information on the client’s machine as a cookie. When the user then registers we create an association between that user and you as an Affiliate. If and when that user later makes a purchase, we then look to see if there is an Affiliate associated and attribute the revenue accordingly.
If this happens, we are unlikely to be able to track that user, unfortunately.

We may be able to consider changing the commission structure after joining but this will be done in consultation with our support team.
We may terminate your account at our discretion.
You may have multiple accounts but the email address and website URL must be unique.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions you may not register domain names with Sharkscope or similar terms.
If you suspect fraudulent activity, we would encourage you contact us immediately providing as much detail as possible.

We primarily support Medium Rectangle (300x250) and Leaderboard (728x90) formats. We accept JPG, PNG, and GIF (animated) files. Max file size is 2MB.
Yes! Our advertising platform allows for geo-targeting. You can choose to show your ads globally or restrict them to specific countries. Pricing is adjusted based on the traffic share of your selected regions.
The minimum budget for an advertising campaign is $200. Our base rate for a global campaign is $1,000 per month. However, this can vary based on targeting and duration. We offer discounts for 3-month and 12-month commitments.
No, resellers are strictly prohibited from selling SharkScope subscriptions below our standard published prices.
Your discount rate is permanently locked to the highest discount tier you have ever achieved. For example, if you make a purchase that qualifies for a 20% discount, you will retain that 20% discount for all future purchases, even for smaller amounts that would normally carry a lower discount. If you later make a purchase that qualifies for a higher tier, your rate will upgrade to that new level.
To access the API, you need a Commercial subscription. You must use an approved application name and license key. Automated tools scraping the website are strictly prohibited; you must use the API.

The API provides programmatic access to all data and features available on the SharkScope website. Additionally, it includes specialized resources optimized for efficient bulk data retrieval.
Yes. If you retrieve player data via the API, any cached copy must expire within 7 days. Additionally, you are required to check the player’s profile daily to confirm if they have opted out. If an opt-out is detected, all associated player data must be deleted immediately.
API usage consumes searches from your subscription quota. Different API resources have different costs (e.g., retrieving a player search costs 1 search). Please refer to the documentation for specific resource costs.
